At present, Taiwan has two international airports, the CKS International Airport in Taoyuan (about 40km from Taipei City) and the KHH International Airport in Kaohsiung.
Taiwan has direct flights to major countries in the world, and international air transportation is quite convenient.
Most international flights land on the CKS International Airport, except a small amount of flights from Hong Kong and SE Asian countries.
